LONG LEAD
At any time prior to approval of the work cost the Landlord or Tenant may identify “Long Lead Items”. For such “Long Lead Items” the Landlord shall separately obtain 3 bids and submit them to Tenant for approval of their costs prior to the work cost submittal.
Tenant and Landlord agree “Long Lead Items” that are identified in Exhibit “__” are not required to be Substantial Completed in order to achieve Substantial Completion of the demised premise. However, they require to be Substantial Completed in the time frame indicated in such Exhibit “__ ” or day for day rent credits in Section (E) of this article shall accrue.
In addition, theTsrsuand Tenant may negotiate a cost for the Tenant’s use of fuel pipes currently installx^ in the building and such cost, if approved by Tenant, shall be part of the work cost.
