RE: Calendar of Public Hearings on Real Property Acquisitions and Dispositions Dated March 25, 1998 Calendar No. 16 Mayor’s Office of Emergency Management 7 World Trade Center Borough of Manhattan

Pursuant to Section 824 of the New York City Charter, a Public Hearing was conducted in the matter of a lease for the above referenced site.

The Hearing for the calendar item on the attached approval document was closed without public testimony or amendment.

The Department of Citywide Administrative Services recommends that the leasing of the property listed on the attached approval document be authorized without amendment.
