Although we have a fail-safe system in our building, the inspector requested we attach additional signage stating, "Except during fire emergency", to our existing signage on both sets of exit stairs.
The contract for this has been awarded to Spanjer Sign Co. of New York City, (attached-copy of same) and is estimated to be completed by end of August.
(B) Rule #19 - Affidavits/Documentation/Plans "Fail to update Fire Safety Plan", as far as adding the recent names of personnel that have been certified as Fire Safety Directors.
