With reference to the above noted violation, enclosed please find the Temporary Certificates of Occupancy (TCO) as issued by the Port of Authority of New York and New Jersey (PA).
This is the only record of approval for the Class "E" system as 7 World Trade Center is under Port Authority jurisdiction. Being that the Port Authority is autonomous, this information should suffice.
