4. DEPUTY FIRE SAFETY DIRECTOR: 4.1 Name Edward J. Me Manus 4.2 Title - Assistant Chief Engineer 4.3 Notified at regular work location by voice, phone communication or two-way radio. 4.4 Normal working hours - 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. 4.5 Duties as per Appendix B (attached). 5. FLOOR WARDENS, DEPUTY FLOOR WARDENS AND SEARCHERS 5.1 Names of Floor Wardens, Deputy Floor Wardens and Searchers appear on Organization Charts for each floor. They are kept on file in the Fire Command Center located on the'3rd floor, Main Lobby, in the Security Director's office on the 3rd floor and on each floor. 5.2 Typical completed Organization Chart for Fire Drill and Evacuation Assignment see Appendix C.l (attached). 5.3 Duties as per Appendix C.2.

6. BUILDING EVACUATION SUPERVISOR Does not apply. Deputy Fire Safety Director on duty 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. For information purposes Appendix D describes duties of the Building Evacuation Supervisor. 7. FIRE BRIGADE 7.1 Organization of Fire Brigade - see Appendix F (attached). 7.2 Standards or selection fram building employees based on background and availability. Training is given in fire control", use of extinguishes, rescue, crowd control and life safety. Refresher courses are frequently given. 7.3 Notified when at regular location each member carries a two-way radio. Notified from the Security Desk via radio. 7.4 Notified when not at regular location - each member carries a two-radio. Notified from the Security Desk via radio. 7.5 Means of responding - via nearest available manned elevator under fire fighter's service and/or stairway. 7.6 Duties of each member of Fire Br igade as per Appendix E (attached).
