Attached please find change order #47 in the amount of $3,941.00 submitted by Ambassador Construction for the following scope of work:

Furnish only three (3) ASA X 10" ASA X 12" OAL, stainless steel flexes for the generators. These flexes have to be changed due to height restrictions. Price includes credit given for the return of the unused flexes.

-Sub Cost $3,400.00 -General Conditions $272.00 -Overhead and Fee $220.00 -Insurance $49.00 Total $3,941.00
