Dear Mr. Weems:

We are pleased to submit herewith our change order #061 to perform the following work at the above referenced premises for the sum of TWO THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED EIGHTY FIVE DOLLARS ($2,785.00);

SCOPE OF WORK 1. Run wire from (2) auxiliary contacts within existing release buttons directly to the magnetic locks in (6) locations The auxiliary contacts provide override capability to disarm the magnet in case of electronic failure.

2 (4) doors in women's room, men’s room, water storage and door leading to the bunk area. Rewire release buttons directly to magnet to provide emergency exit in case of malfunction in the electronic board. This acts as an override within each area. Card entry will still be active.
