Attached please find credit change order #84 in the amount of ($30,681.00) submitted by Ambassador Construction for the following scope of work:

Credit for elimination of 8 TV monitors and installation of same. Credit includes restocking charge. ($27,540.00)

Credit for installation of wall wash fixture in reception area. ($ 270.00)

Labor and material to remove and install cove light in the EOC room so that steel for monitors could be installed. Monitors were eliminated at a later date. $ 1,341.00
