RE: 7 World Trade Center Mayor's Office of Emergency Management Revised Change Order # 094 Dear Mr. Pymento:
Attached please find Change Order #094 (revised) in the amount of ten thousand four hundred seventeen dollars ($10,417.00) for the following work:
1. Furnish and install an automatic air release valve. 2. Furnish and install 2 1/2" diameter suresite visual level indicator with level switch. 3. Supply relay, indicating light and pump shutdown on loss of water feature.
This price includes the electrical work, electrical modifications to control panel and bringing a separate circuit into the room.
