RE: Mayor's Office of Emergency Management 7 World Trade Center Change Order #104 Dear Mr. Pymento:

Attached please find Change Order #104 in the amount of fifty four thousand thirty one dollars ($54,031.00) for the following work:

1. Furnish and install a 2 1/2" galvanized riser from loading dock to telephone frame in the 2"'^ floor. 2. From frame room, furnish and install a 2 1/2" galvanized riser to the 23^'^ floor telephone closet in freight car lobby. 3. 2-24 strand fiber cables from loading dock to frame room, then to the 23'^^ floor Lan room using existing cable tray. Cable is a four week lead time and is plenum rated. 4. Furnish and install IIOV 15A outlet in 2"*^ floor frame room. Power from new 3KVA XFMR to rack on 2"^^ floor. Transformer location in pump room off loading dock.

Electrical cost $45,000.00 Patching $1,500.00 Subtotal $46,500.00 General Conditions $3,720.00 Overhead & Fees $3,013.00 Insurance $798.00 Total $54,031.00
