Dear Ms Giliberti:

We write with reference to CO # 93, 97,99 & 100 submitted by Ambassador Construction Company on 8/6, 9/24,10/4 & 10/27/99 respectively.

The change orders have been reviewed and the costs have been approved as shown below;

CO# Description of Work Amount Approved

93 Wire Six (6) shade motors and 2 switch controllers with new circuit form panel in PIU room. $ 4,892.00

97 Additional cost for fire rating fuel oil line with sheet rock instead of vermiculate $ 4,560.00

99 Additional electrical work at Jack’s office as per request from Raymond M. Lynch $ 2,033.00

100 Engineering fee for Shen Milsom & Wilke, Inc regarding DOT cameras $20,625.00

Total $32,110.00

In view of the foregoing an amount $32,110.00 is hereby approved, subject to audit, for the above change orders.
