7. Submission Procedures

Delivery of Proposals is the sole responsibility of the Proposer.

The proposal shall be signed by an official authorized to bind the Proposer, and shall contain a statement to the effect that the proposal is a firm offer for a 60-day (or more) period. The proposal shall also provide the name, title, address, area code and phone/fax number of the individual(s) with authority to negotiate and contractually bind the company, and who may also be contacted during the period of proposal evaluation.

8. Prime Consultant Responsibilities

Should the Proposer intend to subcontract any portion of the work, this shall be indicated in the proposal, with the name of subconsultant firms, the services they will provide, their qualifications and their previous experience. The satisfactory performance of the subcontracted services will be the responsibility of the Proposer.

9. Incurred Costs

Silverstein Properties Inc. is not liable for any costs incurred by Proposers in the preparation of proposals or for any work performed prior to the approval of an executed contract.
