This is to inform you that at the pre-construction meeting for the referenced project Silverstein noted that the 7* floor of 7 World Trade Center will remain as a single tenant floor (American Express), and consequently the Landlord is not expecting any MOEM personnel at this floor at any time during the term of the Lease.
Please contact the Building Management Office to discuss your plans for the periodic maintenance and testing of the 7”' floor back-up equipment. Silverstein would rather have the same company which maintains the building equipment doing your maintenance as well.
