Subject: OEM Weather Radar Installation -Reply -Reply -Reply
Howard, I do not think we can get the landlord to buy this equipment!!! Only
supply the space. You should make preparations to bid this out.
If things change and we can get the landlord to buy the equipment, we will let
you know.

Jeff,
Thanks for getting back to me on this. I don't think it is currently in the
landlords plan. I was asking if it can be included. The specs are not clear
enough for me to bid. Some one in operations put it together for OEM, but
there are to many variables. If the landlord could do it OEM could get exactly
what they want. If you need another copy of the spec, let me know.
If I have to bid it out I will, but this would help!

Howard, I believe OEM asked the landlord's architect to include roof space for
this weather radar in the plans. But, I am unsure whether the landlord is to
buy the radar and install it, or whether we are to buy it and the landlord is
simply to provide the roof space.
Via copy of this E-mail, I am asking the DCAS arechitect, Josep Dominguez, or
Jerry McCarty of OEM to confirm what is in the plans for the landlord to
supply and install.

Hi Lori,
Back in December I sent you a spec. for the OEM weather radar equipment and
asked if it could be included in the build out. The landlord is installing to
conduit and other ancillary equipment.
No one has gotten back to me on this. Could you check into it and let me know
if it can or can not be installed as part of the build out. The cost is about
$40,000.
Thanks
Howie
