EIS International will provide Emergency Operations Center Consulting Services to the New York City Mayor’s Office of Emergency Management as a means of assisting the OEM staff with the construction and design issues necessary to establishing a functional Emergency Operations Center.

The services offered throughout this proposal include:

Conduct needs analysis to establish detailed scope of work Assist architectural firm in establishing EOC Design Review spatial requirements and ensure flexibility tor upgrade/extensions Recommend all necessary EOC systems (hardware, cabling, software, etc.) Ensure integration of EOC systems to meet all operational requirements Ensure interoperability of hardware, communications, and information systems Establish operational design to ensure efficient operational information flow Recommend additional support equipment and furniture Design EOC backdrop for Mayor’s Press Conferences______ Ensure EOC design addresses EOC security issues_______________________ Review and approve final architectural drawings of COC to ensure proper design
