To support ths 24th floor office of emergency management, we believe the following will be
Kquir^t
1. Outdoor sound attenuated weather proof efnergencx generator (800*1000 KW).
2. Fuel oil Stonge and pumping system.
3. Electrical distribution system and automatic tranafer switches to pick up new equipment
loads and base building loads required to support the 24/7 operation. These items will
include:
Elevator including cooling and controls
Fire alarm system and controls including smoke purging
Domestic water pumping system ood hot water heatbg equipment
Cooling tower and cooling tower make-up and winterbation
Condenser water pumps and controls (house tanks, etc.)
Modifications to the building controls to enable 24/7 operation of die new generator
Building security system
Our fee for the above work 830,000.00

Note:
1. Our foe assumes “as-bullt” electrical and mcchanieal drawings and infonnatton exist.
2. Mechanical inftastructure modifications such as changes to base building systems and the
addition of newtefrigeration/AC systems is not included in the above fee or included in
MEP flyout fees previously provided.
3. Modifications to base building electrical systems such as new risers, switchboards, etc.
is not included.
