1. SHOP DRAWING STATUS
- Ambassador advised that they are waiting for return of HVAC equipment drawing.
Swanke advised that drawing would be returned 7/21/98
- Ambassador advised that duct drawing for first quadrant have been submitted and
the other (3) are to be submitted by 7/25/98. Ambassador requested a rush on
approval.
2. PROJECT STATUS
- Ambassador advised that wall layout has started, studding would begin this week
- Ambassador advised that Port Authority has been notified of start
- Swanke advised that the drawing reflecting Port Authority changes and hurricane wall
will be released next week. Ambassador to review and advise of all cost and time
implications
3. RFI STATUS
- RFI #1: Status of wall interference at E.O.C. room with return air duct:
Cosentini is to review if duct is necessary.
- RFI #2: Wet column interference with hallway adjacent to Room 23-43:
Resolved, sketch from Swanke to follow.
- RFI #3: 7A door problem with blast proofing and EMI shield:
Swanke advised that EMI shield can be applied to outside of door. Ambassador to
coordinate.
