Responsibilities As Project Director, Mr. Brader's responsibilities include: "hands on" project direction; quality
of management; design, engineering and deliverables; project execution within budget and
schedule; development of project procedures; maintaining performance of project teams;
and producing monthly project financial reports and status letters to the client. To ensure
full understanding of project requirements, he participates in all critical client meetings and
presentations.
Mr. Brader has more than 22 years experience on a variety of technically complex facilities
and has a proven ability to direct large renovation and new construction projects of R&D
facilities for the private and government sectors. He was recipient of the ISPE Engineer of
the Year award in 1988 and has had his work published in numerous technology periodi
cals.
