Responsibilities Mr. Fiske's responsibilities as Design Principal include: developing the master plan and global architecture design issues, providing hands-on leadership of the programming and design effort, creating design solutions that satisfy the aesthetic, environmental and human­ istic issues within budgetary requirements, and working with the project director, project manager and team discipline leaders to coordinate their design effort.

Mr. Fiske is a nationally recognized and award winning designer for high profile urban high-rises. In a recent poll conducted by The Philadelphia Inquirer, the Bell Atlantic Tower, for which Mr. Fiske was principal deagner, was voted the best building in Philadelphia by nearly a 2:1 margin. His experience also includes R&D, computer, commercial and institu­ tional projects.
