V. Scope of Services / Approach TKLP

Please describe the services you would provide and process you would follow to complete FCTPA's project. The project orientation meeting scheduled for Tuesday, May 26,1992, is TKLP's first opportu­ nity to ensure a successful project for FCTPA and CEXZSA. We suggest the following agenda which will allow TKLP to quickly and efficiently: • establish clear communication within the project team; • confirm the project objectives and the means to carry them out; • analyze the project and present a program for its orderly execution in conformance to budgets and schedules; and • document agreement concerning standardized procedures as an aid to project execution and monitoring.

Having documented the "rules of the road" for our project, TKLP will incorporate (Data Cen­ ter Program Information, Office Space Program Input, and City Space Standards) into our first project deliverable, the Project Procedures Manual. It is intended that the procedures manual serve as a working tool throughout the life of the project to ensure coordination and uniform procedures among TKLP, the MEP engineers and the base building architect.
