Phone Number Description The primary elements of this 300,000 SF facility are the data center, which provides data processing and communications network services; the operations center, which accom­ modates large clerical operations using desktop computers; the Commons, which contains shared facilities such as dining areas and administration; and the central plant, which houses utility and support services. The Commons links the three-story data and opera­ tions centers, which have raised access flooring throughout. The central plant is a separate structure connected to the main building by a utility tuimel. Two utility feeds, a UPS system, and emergency power generation provide backup for the critical electrical sys­ tems. Preaction sprinklers and dry halon 1301 provide fire protection.
