Rich, there are six capacitor banks at trade center, total of about 3600 gallons of oil - no pcbs.
There could be small capacitors In panels, but there isn’t any accounting of these. They could be PCT containing.
There is 3 dry-type rectifier for the battery rooms.

Rich- As per our discussion, the PCB iovsls listed below are confirmed to be in the correct range.
However, based on the ChemLab records according to the LSN #s. the following differences
were indicated:
LSN 06-08792- PCB levels of 1.0 PPM, are most likely <1.0 PPM
LSN 02-03220- PCB levels of 10 PPM, are most likely < 10 PPM (MDL at the time).
Is there anything else?
