This submission Includes Preliminary Contract Plans, Specifications and Preliminary Construction Cost Estimates for your review and comments. Since the Final Contract Documents for this project are due by the end of February 1988, we would greatly appreciate your expeditious review and written response to these Preliminary Contract Plans. If we can assist you in any way, please contact us Immediately. We are available to meet you to help expedite your review. In the event we have not received a response by January 4th, 1988, we will assume that you are in agreement with this submission. Your timely review and cooperation will be greatly appreciated by Public Development Corporation and Cavaglieri And Sultan Architects.
