Attached are two sets of drawings and specifications for the subject contract for your review. The bridges are sections of W. 34th, W 35th, W. 37th, W 38th and W. 39th Streets between 9th and 10th Avenues, Manhattan. It is requested that any comments from your office be received by this office by April 26, 1985 so we may meet our construction schedule.
Additionally, by copy of this letter, it is requested the agencies and utilities listed below also provide comments within the specified time frame.
