Nick , I spoke with Moustafa Fawzy Director of Hazmat who has said that the replacement vehicle does not meet the requirements for a Hazmat emergency response vehicle. The vehicle needs four wheel drive that can respond to emergencies in all weather conditions (snow, etc.) and a large cargo area similar to a suburban ( SUV) vehicle.
