Commissioner WTC Update for 9/25-26 Activities

Battery Park City

South Battery Park areas are still in the cleanup stage. These areas include rector Place Park and playground, various streets and sidewalks, and the promenade. Problems cleaning playground at rector street because of clogged drain have been working hard to get it resolved with no avail.

North Battery Park City work has begun on the playground area. This includes removal of sand from a large area.

Cleanup also continues on north cove area near the marina.
