This may not be necessary or advisable depending upon what work is required for the whole building requests (common areas, etc.). I asked Ray to send On Scene Coordinators (OSCs) out next week to look at the buildings that submitted whole building requests and come up with a rough estimate of the workload they may involve. We plan to have a session with the OSCs to discuss the data systems we are setting up to manage the data for the project. Most likely it will be next Thursday morning. Would you like to send someone? Part of it will be a horror that you won't want to attend (time keeping) but we can arrange the agenda so that we stick that on one end or the other and you don't have to suffer thru it.

Is it possible to redistribute the Zip codes between Quadrant B and Quadrant C to get more or less equal number of apartments in each Quadrant? Thanks. ---- Original Message---- From: Santella.DennisSepamail.epa.gov [mailto:Santella.DennisSepamail.epa.gov] Sent: Thursday, July 25, 2002 7:30 AM To: krishrSdep.nyc.gov; michaelgiSdep.nyc.gov Subject: Count Update-Just the facts

I will have to have OEI look into why some of the zip codes turn up twice. I think some of the labels in the table are incorrect. Zip Code Counts: 10002: 1
