I am scheduled to do a walkthrough of 125 Cedar Street this Friday at 10:30 with DEP. Are there any access/restriction/identification issues for this area?

I'll get back to you (today I hope).
»> "Gilsenan, Michael (ex)" <[email protected] > 07/12/02 12:03PM »> Jim,
At a recent meeting between the representatives of 125 Cedar and EPA/DEP, the question of mold and how to address it was discussed. I've informed the residents that mold was not an item that could be addressed by the scope of work being developed for this and other unoccupied/uncleaned buildings. They were informed that this is an area that DOH usually handles. The residents asked that DEP contact DOH for assistance. Is it possible to arrange a walk-through at 125 Cedar with DOH's mold expert. The recommendations could be forwarded to the building owner to have the necessary steps taken to remediate any problem that might be found. DEP will coordinate all activities and keep the owner and tenants informed. Please let me know as soon as you can so that I may get back in touch with the tenants and their representative. Should you require additional information on this, please give me a call.
Thanks for your help.
