Harold—Thanks again for HPD’s help in preparing building lists for the WTC background study. EPA has been actively contacting building owners, and apart from loft owners, are finding willing participants. The list of loft owners has been exhausted without success. Could HPD provide a new list of lofts? Is there also a Loft Board contact name and number to which EPA might reach out and ask for volunteers?
