WTC background study building recruitment coordination, July 2002

EPA request to HPD for updated lists of residential lofts and contact information to recruit property owners as participants in WTC background sampling study.
Harold—Thanks again for HPD’s help in preparing building lists for the WTC background
study. EPA has been actively contacting building owners, and apart from loft owners, are
finding willing participants.
The list of loft owners has been exhausted without success. Could HPD provide a new list
of lofts? Is there also a Loft Board contact name and number to which EPA might reach out
and ask for volunteers?
Thanks again, Jim

Thanks for taking care of that Jim.
I am taking you up on your offer to assist with communicating to HPD on
our lofts or lack of lofts issue. If we can get additional information
on residential lofts it would be appreciated. I believe that Vincent
Coluccio from your office was assisting us with this previously.
