—Original Message— From: Giisenan, Michael (ex) Sent: Wednesday, July 10,2002 1:13 PM To: Fawzy, Moustafa (ex); Radhakrishnan, Krish; Smyth, Virginia; Kelpin, Gerry; MarabetO, Rose Cc: Avaltroni, Robert Subject: Cell phones

During the World Trade Center incident, our Bureau was loaned cell phones by Sprint and Nextel for emergency use. In addition to these phones, the Bureau has permanent phones assigned to various staff members. The loaner phones are overdue and need to be returned to tiie companies. Please see to it that these phones are returned to Virginia Smyth by Friday, 7/19. In addition, I have asked Barbara Raffo to contact each one of you in order to produce a definitive list of personnel having cell phones in your areas. Barbara will compile your list into a bureau-wide list that will allow the Bureau to make future decisions on phone allocations.

Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.
