Specific elements of the program are as follows:

E. Analytical Services - Providing analytical services for all samples collected during the duration of this program. Post-cleaning sampling will be conducted at all residences for asbestos. In addition, for 5% of the residences cleaned (not to exceed 50 per quadrant) pre- and post-sampling will be conducted for metals (including mercury) and for dioxins. Metals and dioxins also will be sampled at 50 of the test-only units.
F. Data Validation - Performing data validation of all data generated during this program.
G. Data/Risk Assessment - Providing analytical results from all activities to risk assessors for evaluation and followup. The National Academy of Medicine will participate in this activity. ATSDR will provide technical support with data review and risk assessment activities.
H. Summary Reporting - Compiling, reviewing and evaluating all information collected and preparing a summary report of all results. The report will include a narrative description of the program and the results achieved. The report will be made available in hard copy format and electronically.
