Good morning everyone,
Below is a summary of the calls that were received by hotline operators Thurs April 18, 2002.
We received a total of 23 calls during operating hours:
6 were about cleaning
3 were about air conditioners
3 were about the outdoor environment
1 was a question for indoor air testing
3 were for the old WTC hotline
7 were "other" questions
We received 5 voicemails overnight. 2 were for the operators, 1 was regarding the air quality downtown, 1 was regarding
the air quality in Brooklyn Heights, and 1 was a hang-up.
As of 1:10 PM today (Friday, April 19) we have recieved 7 calls.
