Below is a summary of the calls that were received by hotline operators Mon, April 8:
We received a total of 27 calls during operating hours:
9 were about cleaning issues
2 were about the outdoor environmental conditions in lower Manhattan
4 were health-related or DOH contacts
2 were potential requests for indoor air testing
5 were for the old WTC hotline
3 were "other" questions
1 was a question about schools
1 was a hang-up
