From: [email protected] Sent: Thursday, August 08, 2002 10:49 AM To: Gilsenan, Michael Cc: Radhakrishnan, Krish; [email protected] Subject: Monitoring SOW

Mike,

We noticed a minor inconsistency in the SOW for the Monitoring Contractor. If it's not too late, we would like the following change made to the deliverables section for item 13 (Item 13 relates to the routine quality assurance inspections to be performed by the Project Monitor): Deliverables The Project Monitor shall maintain information on the status of cleaning activities using the secure EPA website (url, user name and password to be provided by EPA). Cleaning tasks completed in accordance with the Cleaning Contract Scope of Work shall be documented on the Cleaning Checklist and reported to EPA via the website within 24 hours. The Project Monitor shall record dally activities in the field notebook.

If this is not possible, or if there is disagreement or any confusion about the proposed change please let me know. Thanks, Eric
