From: Smyth, Virginia Sent: Tuesday, May 06, 2003 12:03 PM To: 'CHoran (E-mail); 'JBHEstimator (E-mail): 'Kiss. Construction (E-mail); [email protected]' Cc: Gilsenan, Michael; Moyik. Cathy (E-mail); Atkins, Denise Subject: WTC Invoice Audits

I received a request from DEP Audits to remind all contractors, that when billing for oversized apartments as allowed under the change order, you need to list the square footage of the apartment on the invoice, or provide backup documentation.

The auditing division does not want to delay the payment process, but this information is necessary in order for them to release payments.

If you require any additional information, please let me know.
