As discussed, 114 Liberty street condo releases ETS of the responsibility of
removing the poly sheeting from the interior perimeter of the residential
floor areas. Also leave poly criticals in commercial restaurant areas. We
release ETS from responsibility for this also. This is in anticipation of
additional debris/contaminant cleanup.
