Penny, I just wanted to confirm, that as of Saturday, Donavin was able to fill in the missing wall segments so that the removals are in line with the plans. It is important that the cleaning reach all areas where the dust could have gone, and I hope that minor discrepancies between plans and markings won't deter us from that objective.

Thanks for helping us get everything together so that the work could proceed. I know that last week was as stressful for you as it was for us.

Regards, Dave

Today's Update We are ready to go tomorrow morning. We have only received lists from three residents.

As discussed-

Residents who do not supply lists and/or instructions will be cleaned strictly in accordance with the scope-of-work. The tagging will be used by ETS as best possible. If any items are not clearly identifiable for disposal, they shall be cleaned to the best of our ability and will remain in the residence. Porous items/intricate items, etc. shall be cleaned as best as possible and wrapped in polyethylene.

Based on today's observations, the wall markings are not in accordance with the plans submitted to the Department. Therefore, the contractor has been instructed that only walls that are marked on the walls with the green paint for removal shall be removed. All other walls shall remain. There is one exception and that is on the 11th and 12th floors where the walls shall be
