Trio has removed the carpeting fi-om the public corridors on the 34th through 39th Floors of 310 Greenwich Street, NY, NY. Each floor has approximately 740 square feet of carpeting. Approximate cost for the carpet removal to date is 6 Floors x 740 square feet x $2.75 sq/ft = $12,210.00.

Trio has been informed by the USEPA that all of the carpeting in 310 Greenwich Street and 40 Harrison Street will be removed. Each building has carpeting on the 2"^ through 39* Floors. The square footage of carpeting is greater on some of the lower floors. We have not determined the square footage of carpeting on all of the floors.
