Thanks for the info. It helped, but can you also proyide a list of what the entries within the column mean?
For example, the column for “On site confirmation of existence of air handling systems” has entries may not be, no, n/a, on hold, waiting for, and yes. What prompts each entry? When is something listed as n/a? What does may not be mean (may not be an HVAC)?, etc.
Do the air handling system confirmations include the presence of the central units and the exhaust systems?
Is the information in the other columns regarding numbers based on the on site confirmation? Specifically, I am trying to find out if I can filter out only the yes confirmed HVAC and then remoye the cleared ones to get the number of systems that need cleaning.
