p-ersonalair monitoring shall be performed by the Monitdringfontractor in accordance with USDOL OSHA requirements. The person who conducts satHpling shall possess a valid NYS DOL certificate. Personal air monitoring will be perforoaed on a tnininittmtofone worker per shift per apartment during tor the first 4-6 weeks ofcleaning operations. This maybe extended based on an determination made by EPA, DEP and OS HA. Thereafter perstrnakiir monitoring samples will be taken at one sample per quadrant per-day. All samples shall be collected and analyzed in aceordance with NIOSH Method 7400 for PCM and 7402 for TL M. .Analysis of these samples shall be the responsibility ofthe Monitoring Contractor. Results ofai liall be available within 24 hours of collection. 'The results ofthis sampling shall be sent immediaiely to EPA, DEP, OSHA anffthe-iemployef. The employer will make these results avuhv : ■ a- -.ho.. o.rloyees or their designatedrepresentatives for their review in aceordance with 29 CFR1910.1001 and 29 CFR 1926.58.

Deliverables

The Project Monitor shall review all deliverables prior to submission to bPA. The review shall assurettet each deliverable is Wcurate and complete, technicalh- sound, and free of clerical errors.

The Project Monitor shall submit upon request a (idd package consisting of field sheets, field notes (copy). and chain-of-citsUxly forms (copy) shall be del ivered to the I P/\ via email, or an alternative format agreed upon. The font raclor must sign and date all field sheets, field logbooksatidchain- of-custody forms. This data shall be provided daily upon request at the activity completion.

15. Air Sampling without cleaning

a,, Based on consuitaiion with resident or owner, aggressive or modified aggressive air sampling will be conducted. Residents shall not be present in their apartment during aggressive air sampling activities. i. Before beginning aggressiw air sampling, forced air equipment (such as a 1 horsepower electric leaf blower) shall be used to direct exhaust air against walls, ceilings, floors and other surfaces. When directing'the exhaust, caution-shall be taken to minimize disturbance and potential damage to frirnishings and personal belongings. ii, for modi tied aggressive air sampling forced air equipment shall not be employed. iii. All other procedures are identical for aggressive^tmd modified aggressive air sampling. • • b. One 2()-inch tan shall be installed per 10,000 cubic feet of room space and ritofo low speed. The firn shdl operate wntiiiuouslythrougho'ut sampling-aad shall not be turned off until sampling is coiHpleted. • , c. For stoiio apartments 3 samples shall be eollectM. For lfoedin<Hn-apartm.ents and. above 5 samples shall be collected. Sampling equipment shall be placed in living areas and away from obstructions. The sampling cassette must be placed on a tripod and not taped to existing surfaces.
