b. The contractor shall document all the necessary information regarding sampling activities, fill out all field logs, data sheets, and chaitt-of-custody foms. The contractor shall use F2L •for all sample and ebain-ofreustody documentation. Samples must be labeled and accompanied with completed chain of custodx forms before shipping to the designated laboratory. The labelmust include the KPA Project Tracking Number. Samples willbe packed, sealed and hand-delivered foranalysistoEMSLlaboraioriesat:3()7W.38' ’'St,^ New York, New York 212-290-0G51. Metals samples wifi be iuialyzed using EPA Method SW-8466()10B, Mercuiy samples will beanah/ed using EPA Method SW-846 V V 7471 A.

Deliverables

The Project Monitor shall re\ie\v all deliverables prior to submission to KPA, The review shall assure that each deliverable is accurate and complete, technically sound, and free ofclerical errors.

The Project Monitor shall complete chain of custody and record the number of wipe samples, record EPA Project Tracking Numbers, laboraioiw address, date, and sample IDs in an agreed upon electronic format or website approved by KPA within 24 hours of activity.

17. Post Clean-up Air Sampling Procedures^ a. Sampling shall not begin until a visual inspection conllmis the absence ofvisible dust and debris. Post cleaning air sampling shall be performed upon successful visual inspection and completed within 24 hours. A successful visual inspection shall be an inspection that verifies the absence c-f dust and debris. b. All surfeces must be completely dry prior to the start of sampling. c. Window air conditioning units where applicable shall he run/operated atleast 15 aiifiutes prior to the start of sampling. In aggressive air monitoring sampling situations, before the start of sampling, a 1 horsepower electric leaf blower will be used to direct exhaust air against walls, ceilings, floors and other surfaces./When directing the exhaust, caution shall be taken to nuHimize disturbance and potential damage to fiimishings and personal belongings. The proceduredescribedbelow for modified aggressive sampling techniques will also be employed d In modified aggressive sampling, one 20-inch fin shall be installecl per 10,000 cubic foet of room space and run at low speed.
