I had your email wrong. Also, you should know that Nadler's office
called to say that they will be attending the 125 Cedar meeting (they
invited themselves).

Subject: Commitments made to 125 Cedar
residents
Ben and I spoke and he took notes at the last 125 Cedar meeting (I
wasn't there). Ben reports that we made the following commitments:
1) To share a draft SOW with the residents BEFORE its final (DEP will
need to do this, so we should ask Mike Gilsenan)
2) To test for MErcury with the Lumex
3)To CONSIDER pre arid post testing for dioxin
4) To CONSIDER followup testing 6 months to a year after the cleanup
5) To get NYCDOH to send someone to check on the mold
6) Bob committment to ask asbestos experts to provide a list of various
items and how to properly clean them (this would also be fab for the Web
page in general!).
I suspect we will be asked tio report progress on these committments
before today's meeting. I think we should quickly run through them at
the 1:30 pre-meeting.
