Subject: Summary of Hotline Calls (5/10 & 5/13)
Hello everyone.
Below is a summary of the calls that were received by hotline operators Friday, May 10 and Monday, May 13, 2002.
Friday, May 10:
We received a total of 20 calls during operating hours:
7 were about cleaning
1 was about health
4 were requests for indoor air testing
7 were for the old WTC hotline
1 were "other" questions
Monday, May 13:
We received a total of 19 calls during operating hours:
1 was about cleaning
4 were about the outdoor environment
9 were requests for indoor air testing
3 were for the old WTC hotline
2 were "other" questions
We received 7 voicemails over the weekend & last night. 2 were for the hotline operators, 1 was a question about
receiving assistance for air filters, and 4 were hang-ups.
As of 2:40 PM today (Tue, May 14th) we have received 7 calls.
