Below is a summary of the calls that were received by hotline operators Tues, May 7,2002.
We received a total of 21 calls during operating hours: 6 were about cleaning 6 were questions about the environment 7 were for the old WTC hotline 2 were “other" questions
We received 5 calls on the voicemail system overnight. 2 were hang-ups, 1 was an unknown question, 1 was a question regarding the EPA clean-up announcement.
