in on data was shortened a lot, though some of your changes are incorporated. HVAC is

good morning, diana. i am attaching a revised version based upon our
discussions yesterday, one item is added, on pg. 4, under "timing of
the longer term actions" i've added "including peer review", we will
need to do some level of peer review and it may impact timing, so i felt
we should add it. we may need some fema fundng support for it also.
call ASAP so we can send to fema in advance, thanks.
