9. The legal committee believes that agencies can gain access to buildings'
common areas for inspections (if landlords will not voluntarily cooperate)
through access warrants in the supreme or housing court. The Contaminants
of Concern group will need to provide a list of what is "bad enough" to
warrant such action, and someone may need to be prepared to testify to such.
10. The Ultra-Low Sulfur Diesel group will meet on Monday to discuss
procedures for obtaining reimbursement for ULSD differential costs given
FEMA's letter and the status of NESCAUM pilot efforts. Please let Lee know
if you plan to attend or have agenda items.
