Brad,
I can fit in Friday about 2:30 p.m. or so after several earlier meetings and before a 6:00 p.m. meeting in Queens. With respect to the access agreements, this falls in the category of just when you've seen it all then comes tomorrow. This has not been a DEP or 114 Liberty tenants' issue, but has evolved into an aggravating City Law Department issue that I am in the process of resolving. We will be able to have signed access agreements for the commencement of the cleanup work scheduled for March 1. I don't feel we have other impediments and look forward to confidentially strategizing our game plan that promotes expeditious preoccupancy. I am aware of your sensitive position with respect to the global March 10 end date to recipients. I'm sure collectively we can figure out a way to handle this unique situation without compromising FEMA's global end date target.
Regards,
Bob

Bob,
Ok. How is your schedule for Friday late afternoon, if I can get something set up. If not, give me some dates and times that work.
Also, what is the status of the 114 Liberty property owners signing the release to allow DEP access/permission to clean. I would like to tell the owners that a meeting is predicated on a signed release to show their good faith efforts to expeditiously reoccupy. If they have already signed, then this is not an issue.
Please advise.
