Esther,
Please find the minor change "Silver" in quote. Once again, you folks have done an outstanding job presenting the real story with respect to the condition of Lower Manhattan. I will speak to you very soon.
Regards,
Bob

HeUoBob, I appreciate the time you and your team took to speak with me about 125 Cedar Street. After our conversation, I met with pji (at 125 Cedar!) and spoke with Speaker Silver's office. As you'll see from the attached article, they both thought DEP did a fantastic job.
I also was able to get some good "before and after" photos, so no need to try to track them down for me.
Please let me know if you have any changes/comments to the article. We're hoping to post it early next week.
It's been a pleasure working on this article and spreading positive news.
Thanks, Esther Buterman Vice President Edelman 1500 Broadway, 28th floor New York, N.Y. 10028 212.704.8104
