We re reived 336 total replies from building owners. There were two basic time frames when results were eceived and they were coded differently in the column of received, (ie. for Previous, Yes, Yes P for results received at two separate intervals). A mailing accompanied the original group of inspections, as we expanded the zones, we hand delivered the copies. Also we had assistance from Paul, Bob, and Rose’s groups in this outreach. We have copies of our letters in our files, but we don’t nave a count.
